At MartPix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Socks, insoles, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Gift cards

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the error was on our side, we’ll arrange a free pickup or replacement at no extra cost.
