We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a return.
Non-returnable items:
Sale or clearance items
Socks, insoles, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless damaged on arrival)

Our team will guide you through the return process.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the error was on our side, we’ll arrange a free pickup or replacement at no extra cost.
